Soak up the Winter Slush!

I keep looking at these Water Hog rugs. On this particular one it has 5 reviews - all 5 star ratings! This seems to be a very good rug for homes with high traffic and dogs.

This comes in 17 colors - SEVENTEEN! - and ships for $2.99!

Other Product Features:
•Cleated backing to minimize movement on all surfaces.
•Exclusive "water dam" that allows the Waterhog mat to hold up to 1 1/2 gallons of water per square yard.
•Easy cleaning! Simply hose Waterhog off with water and hang to dry.
•Anti-Static for use indoors or out.
•100% polypropylene -- a fast drying fabric that won't rot or fade.

Be sure to buy this size if not a bit bigger so that boots and shoes have room to be organized off to the side to dry and keep your floor protected and clean.

On My Way to an
Organized Year 2011!

Here is a wonderful tool for ANYONE to Set & Keep Goals for this New Year!

On January 1, 2011 I ran across this Incredible Offer!
Immediately I downloaded the FREE Goals & Priorities Diary here:
Get Organized Wizard on FaceBook.

Here’s how to get your FREE copy:

1. Visit the Goals & Priorities Diary page on their site to read about the super-productive and organized year you’ll have with your new diary.

2. Click the green Add To Cart button on that page.

3. Proceed to Checkout and enter coupon code FBGPD2011 in the final step. The Diary price will reduce to $0.

4. Complete your order by clicking either PayPal or Credit Card (doesn't matter which, as the price will be $0). This will take you to the download page. Download your Diary, and enjoy!

NOTE: You will need to click on either the PayPal or Credit Card button, but do not worry! It only forces the "purchase" to the Free Download. It will not ask for any payment information.

If you have any problems with this download, be sure to go to the main site here and read all the Goals & Priorities Diary Free Offer | FAQs.

With this Valuable Tool it really puts things in perspective when you list the tasks and think about the realistic time it takes to do them! I know from experience that things usually take longer than expected - especially when working on an old house!

You can use this diary for many different needs in your life. You set a list of 20 Goals you would like to work toward. She recommends using balance in your list: Tasks, Family, Finances, etc. You then have a daily calendar to itemize your list with three top priorities you need to achieve first and foremost.

There is also a section on the daily page for notes and observations. This could be a great way to analyze your habits and time management. As a BONUS this could also be used to work with a child about setting realistic goals to help develop them into organized, time oriented adults so that they can achieve their dreams with less stress and pride! I cannot tell you how much I wish I had been taught to be structured like this when I was growing up. I may not have known it then, but I certainly do now! Approaching this in a fun and upbeat manner may just coax your children to participate in a wonderful learning adventure!

I used mine for all the things that I need to do on my home renovations. I have taken a long break from working on it, and now it is time to start chipping away at the million of tasks that need to be done. I filled out the entire month of January so that I can see how to get two rooms emptied, repaired, updated and done by the end of the month. UGH!

I only have HUGE projects in my old two story home that have been put on the back burner during the addition remodel. Now that I am ready to start 2011 and whip that ole gal into shape I am a bit overwhelmed with the fact that some things hinge on each other which makes it even harder to pull off!

After forcing myself to think things out for this Two Room Task that MUST get done in one month, I see that this Goals & Priorities Diary is wonderful! It is a True Blessing to have a valuable tool to get my life on track with my upcoming sewing business. I yearn to create with my talents and experience calm, tranquility with having an Organized Space!

My Deepest Appreciation goes out to

Random Goodness Tuesdays
~Planning & Storage

Random Goodness #1:
I love this creative Dry Erase Menu Planner created by Positively Splendid!

This could be made by hand with papers and stickers or done with the aide of a Cricut or Silhouette machine. This is perfect for busy families! The only downfall I would see to this planner is that your kids just might invite extra guest when they see their favorite meals planned ahead of time! You might want to add a RSVP area to make sure you prepare enough food! ;)

Random Goodness #2
Here is a great How To on making Magazine Storage Boxes!
If you use the appropriate size box, you get two out of each box!

From this:

To this:

Head over to A Bowl Full of Lemons to see her How To!

Random Goodness #3
Here is a great little "sprucing" of IKEA boxes! I'm totally loving the color scheme and patterns! I especially love the seedheads in the green paper on the upper right side!

Check out this project at Trans-Craft-Inental!

Be sure to come back next week for more
