BY DIARYSAHM

I look through recipes every day.
The recipe I am linking to has really caught my eye!

to view her recipe for
Doesn't the name just SOUND wonderful?!

{photo belongs to Full Bellies Make Happy Kids}

She recommends make ham and cheese sandwiches out of these rolls.
She also mentions they are similar to Hawaiian Rolls.
I think they look wonderful!

I have printed it out and hopefully will get around to these very soon!

Bobby Flay's Throwdown!: More Than 100 Recipes from Food Network's Ultimate Cooking Challenge

4.9 out of 5 stars (48 customer reviews)
One of 48 Reviews:
First of all, this is a beautiful cookbook! The quality of the paper and photographs is worth the price alone! The recipes are all winners. I have already found most of these recipes on the internet, and all of the ones I have tried are excellent. It is wonderful that so many of the competitors were wise enough to know that sharing their signature recipes takes away nothing from their business, but adds immensely to their popularity and respect from the public. Bobby Flay and his assistants have done a wonderful job writing the intros., and the recipes are laid out very well. It is a very impressive book, and I am very happy to have all the recipes handy. If you like Throwdown, buy the book; you won't be disappointed!! Heck, if you have never seen Throwdown, still buy the book; you won't be disappointed!!

Random Goodness Tuesdays ~Mish Mash!

Random Goodness #1 should have been a December post but...
well you know what it's like if you are like me...
I'm like an ADHD Gerbil in a Wheel! =)

This is definitely going on my "Before the End of the Year List" as I still have more clearing of a {pivot point project} un-finished storage room to start sheet rock, mud/tape, prime/paint, then reorganize that space before I can get to the Big Sewing Room. The multiple Handymen have yet to show up for giving me a bid on the repair I need done. {Sigh}

Random Goodness #1
I'm loving this Mobile Command Center - by A Bowl Full of Lemons since I tend to multi-task in different rooms and different locations (taking things to my day job - fortunately a family run business).

Head on over and check out this fantastic project!

Random Goodness #2
I ran across this Indispensable Tutorial on shaping fabric. I asked Jess from How About Orange about any fraying issues and she replied that she had tried to fray the fabric but the Stiffen Stuff product bonds the thread fibers together permanently.

Go to her tut on how to make these fantastic dimensional flowers then follow the link to her tutorial on how she stiffens the fabric. You could use this application for so many different projects; hence being Indispensable!

Random Goodness #3
Now for the Recipe Lovers out there!

Did you know that there is a Food Blog Search in this wonderful information highway??? I didn't until I was reading about it on BrownEyedBaker (check out her recipe there for Mocha Cupcakes with Expresso Buttercream Frosting - linking photos prohibited w/o prior written consent).

On this Food Blog Search in the About Page it states:
"Food Blog Search is a custom built search engine specifically for searching recipes in food blogs." and "Food bloggers usually give much more information and personal touches to what they write about than commercial cooking or recipe sites."

You can add a Food Blog Search Widget to your blog! I will be adding that to mine today!

There are several styles of this widget to choose from!

For the fact that these recipes are written and tested with notes on what makes the recipes work, or problems to avoid, I love using Food Blog Recipes! I've started several binders with printed recipes that I know I want to try. I don't have cookbooks sitting around that have very few recipes in them after paying for a book!

Let me know if you download this widget! I would love to know how many people find this useful!

Be sure to check back next week for more

New and Improved Cookie Dough Brownies-Decadence You Deserve

New and Improved Cookie Dough Brownies-Decadence You Deserve on the Restless Chipotle blog.

I found these on FB posted by Laura's Recipes. She certainly posts a lot of tempting recipes! This one I've got to try! It is a layer of brownie, a layer of cookie dough, and a layer of chocolate glaze - with toffee bits and pecans. Mmmmm!

King Arthur Flour

I have spent hours and hours in this site pouring over and printing recipes! I need a separate binder just for this site! KAF Recipes

I'm intrigued with all the different types of flour that they offer. If you want to learn some professional tips and learn about ingredients to improve your baking skills, this is the site to check out!

Check out their KAF Blog for photos of step by step instructions. I think this is a great site to share with young women and men that show an interest in baking!

The Spice House

I've placed two orders with this company and very pleased with the quality of their products! The first box that came made me act like a kid on Christmas morning!

The Spice House list the ingredients in all the mixes. They also list recipes for the spices. I have used the Hyde Park Seasoning Blend the most so far. We really like it on chicken. I also mixed it with tomato sauce to simmer meatballs and serve over cheese filled pasta. Check them out!
